Great Snow Across Europe

After the New Year ski week, January is always a little quieter, but as this month has shown, not necessarily a bad month to get out and ski. Continuous snowfall has seen powder skiing on most days and this weekend a big snowfall is expected to guarantee a powder weekend for anyone seeking to getaway again earlier in the season.

In terms of ski New Year bookings, January is always the month that people start to enquire about next years ski trip for the peak weeks and skiing on both New Years Eve and New Years day is probably the most popular time.

We have already highlighted Chamonix as one of the great ski New Year holiday destinations and in our next blog we will focus on the resort of Verbier in the Four Valleys. A town world reknown for both its on piste skiing and off-piste apres-ski!
